This year, keep up on your vehicle maintenance and set a schedule for regular checkups. The easiest way to do this is to check your owner’s manual for the maintenance schedule recommended by the manufacturer. Most car owners already get regular oil changes and inspections, but many of them don’t do it on time. This could increase the possibility for unnecessary damage. Set some time aside to make a schedule (on your phone or in a planner) to get your maintenance done on time. 

Fuel Efficiency

You may not know it, but aside from buying a hybrid, there are many other ways to improve your vehicle’s fuel efficiency. If you pay attention to your driving, you can add more miles to your drive. When you speed and drive aggressively, you are increasing your fuel consumption. So this year, work on your driving and stop rushing to the finish line. Give yourself some extra time so you can slow down and relax during your drive.

Keep Your Car Clean

For some of us, our Lexus becomes a home away from home. Between daily work commutes, kid drop-offs, running errands, and the occasional road trip, we spend a lot of time inside our vehicles. And just like our home, we need to tidy up and keep things clean. Dirt, trash, and unnecessary junk can pile up in your car.
