Certified Pre-Owned Lexus Vehicle | Larry H. Miller Lexus Murray

If you’re in the market for an affordable luxury vehicle, the thought of purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle might have crossed your mind, but did you know there is a difference between a pre-owned vehicle and a CPO vehicle?

For all of our Lexus CPO vehicles, being a Lexus is only the first requirement.  When a vehicle comes onto our lot, it goes through a rigorous examination to determine if it is worthy of the coveted CPO status.

The first parameters for CPO are age and mileage. If a vehicle is older than six years or has been driven further than 70,000 miles, it is immediately disqualified as a CPO.

Next, we pull a CARFAX report on the vehicle that helps to identify problems that might otherwise be difficult to detect.

Each Lexus CPO vehicle has been inspected by a Lexus-trained technician who performs a comprehensive 161-point inspection on the vehicle. If any there are any flaws that cannot be repaired, the vehicle is not certified.

For any repair that might be needed, we only use certified Lexus parts. We also thoroughly clean and detail each vehicle so its true beauty shines.

This process eliminates some of the risks normally associated with financing a pre-owned vehicle, allowing us to offer the same rates and terms normally reserved for new vehicles.

Of course, purchasing a Lexus Certified Pre-Owned vehicle means that you will enjoy all the perks of owning a Lexus, including 24-hour Roadside Assistance, trip interruption coverage and dealership amenities. Your vehicle’s first basic service is free, and a loaner will be provided for qualified repairs.

Not all vehicles that come onto our lot qualify for the Lexus Certified Pre-Owned title, but we have plenty for you to choose from. If you’re in the market for an affordable luxury vehicle, you can view our CPO selection here.
