Santa’s Christmas Wish List—You’ll Never Guess What’s on It

When it comes to this time of year, there are plenty of things people write to me for. I hear about the latest and greatest gaming systems, scooters, bikes, dolls, and movies. But there are some things that get overlooked.

When Larry H. Miller Lexus Murray asked me what I wanted for Christmas this year, I couldn’t help coming up with my own list of favorite Christmas items.

UGLY CHRISTMAS SWEATERS
When you live at the North Pole like I do, you are never at a loss for great winter style. Our favorite sweaters to wear this time of year are ugly Christmas sweaters. I’m not sure who decided that they should be called “ugly,” but they are pretty standard for me and the Mrs.

Send me your best! I love them all. I spend so much time scouring Instagram and Pinterest for great ones—you’d be surprised how much free time I have nowadays with online shopping and overnight delivery taking the pressure off me and the elves.

STEPHEN’S HOT COCOA
You will never go wrong with a can of this Utah Original. Stephen’s Hot Cocoa is some of the best hot cocoa mix available—and I’ve been all over the world. And with an unlimited number of incredible flavors, you are sure to find one that jingles your bells.

MINKY COUTURE BLANKETS
While we’re on the subject of great Utah products, I thought I should mention these incredible blankets. Mrs. Claus and I got eight for the reindeer last year and they couldn’t help themselves from flying through the air with glee. This year, we got a monster-sized one for she and I to share on those cold nights when we can just Netflix and chill by the fire.

SKI PASSES TO DEER VALLEY
You’d think living at the North pole would mean there are so many opportunities to strap on a pair of skis and hit the slopes. But there’s nothing like escaping to enjoy the best snow on earth. The slopes at Deer Valley outside Park City are some of the best in the world. Not to mention a pair of season passes make a great stocking stuffer for the winter athlete in your life.

2018 LEXUS GX
This isn’t really public knowledge. The PR department here at the North Pole doesn’t like me to share this, but I haven’t been driving a sleigh since I got my new Lexus GX. This incredible vehicle has revolutionized the way we do the job. Now instead of delivering all night, the ample storage space along with the superior handling make it possible for the Mrs. and I to get everything packaged and delivered in half the time.

Do yourself a favor this holiday season and get yourself the gift that keeps on giving. The team at Larry H. Miller Lexus Murray is equipped and prepared to get you exactly what you need to make your December one to remember. Check out their inventory of incredible vehicles and schedule a test drive today. And if you’re feeling extra generous, you can send a brand-new Lexus to the North Pole for Mrs. Claus. She’s been eyeing the RC F in Infrared to take for hot laps around the ice rink.

Five Things You Didn’t Know About Lexus

Lexus is the luxury vehicle division of Japanese car maker Toyota. How much do you know about Lexus? Here are five things you probably didn’t know about this well-known car brand.

1.     Only the best manufacturing professionals in the Toyota Group can apply to work for Lexus. If successful, they are designated as a Takumi. Takumi master craftsmen are highly trained with meticulous attention to detail. It is said that they possess a true belief in excellence, stopping at nothing to achieve it. Among 7,700 workers in the Lexus plant in Japan, there are just 19 Takumi. There is no higher honor within their engineering ranks.

2.     Lexus is a Japanese brand, but ironically, Japan was not the first place where it was launched. Lexus was first launched in other countries starting in 1989 and didn’t go on sale in Japan until 2005.

3.     Lexus is known for their leather. All of their seats are draped in premium leather, created from the hides of cows that are kept in captivity without the use of barbed wire.

4.     Just to reiterate how precise Lexus is, Lexus paint inspectors are required to pass an examination of their skills four times a year to continue working on the line. Now that is quality work!

5.     Lexus and Toyota are the global hybrid leaders, selling more hybrid cars than any other brand in the world. Of all the Lexus vehicles sold in the U.K., 95% of them are hybrid.

Lexus is definitely a luxury driven company that cares about the quality of their vehicles. All Lexus owners understand the comfort and value of the brand. If you are currently in the market for one of these Japanese vehicles, make sure you check out our online inventory at Larry H. Miller Lexus Murray, and take one out for a spin.
